643642-8 is a single in-line package (SIP) socket receptacle designed to accept integrated circuit leads with thicknesses ranging from 0.008 to 0.014 inches. The receptacle features a glass-filled thermoplastic housing (94V-O rated, black) with phosphor bronze contact material and tinned finish for reliable solder connections.
