DESCRIPTION
The 650889-5 is a Type R vertical pin assembly with ACTION PIN posts designed for Eurocard connectors conforming to DIN 41612 and IEC 60603-2 specifications. This standard-size connector features 96 positions across three loaded rows (A, B, C) with dimensions of 95.00 mm (3.740 in) by 90.00 mm (3.543 in), and is constructed with a glass-filled polymer housing and copper alloy contacts. The assembly includes ACTION PIN posts with a 0.64 mm (0.025 in) square cross-section, post lengths of 4.00 mm (0.157 in) or 6.35 mm (0.250 in), and achieves DIN Performance Level II. The precious metal plating in the contact area extends 5.08 mm (0.200 in) from the tip of the post, ensuring reliable electrical connections.
