DESCRIPTION

747838-3 is an AMPLIMITE subminiature D-type receptacle connector designed for reliable PCB mounting applications. This shell size 4 connector features 37 contact positions with size 20 DF posted socket contacts preloaded, and includes threaded inserts and boardlocks for secure mounting. The connector utilizes a steel tin-plated front shell, 94V-0 rated black thermoplastic housing, and phosphor bronze socket contacts with gold plating (0.0076 mm) on the mating end and tin-lead on the termination end with nickel underplating. Key dimensions include A dimension of 2.729 inches (69.32 mm) and B dimension of 2.500 inches (63.50 mm). This connector is ideal for applications requiring robust D-sub interconnections with secure board mounting capabilities.
