DESCRIPTION

770147-1 is a loose piece pin contact designed for 5.0 mm Power Key Connectors (5.0 PKC) wire-to-board applications. This contact is specified for 24-18 AWG wire sizes (0.2-0.9 mm²) with an insulation diameter of 0.110 inches (2.79 mm) and features brass material with pre-tin finish. The contact is part of the Universal MATE-N-LOK connector system and is used in conjunction with plug housings and PCB header assemblies to create reliable power circuit connections. These connectors are particularly suited for power circuits in home appliances, especially gas appliances, where the compact 19.4 mm mated height and 5.0 mm contact centerline spacing provide space-efficient integration. The double lock plate design and protective locking lever walls ensure secure contact loading and prevent wire tangling during assembly and operation.
