DESCRIPTION

91589-1 is a CERTI-CRIMP hand tool designed for consistent and repeatable terminal crimping operations. The tool features bottoming die technology that ensures proper crimp force is applied to terminals, resulting in specified tensile strength, mechanical stability, and electrical conductivity. It includes a ratchet system to help operators use the tool according to the terminal designer's intent. The tool is furnished with documentation of critical crimp area dimensions and handle pressure settings on a Certificate of Certification. Regular maintenance and certification cycles are recommended at 8 months or 1,000 cycles, whichever comes first, to maintain consistent crimp performance.
