DESCRIPTION

The 966066-3 is an insulated wire end ferrule designed for reliable termination of 0.25 mm² (24 AWG) flexible and stranded wires. It features a yellow plastic sleeve for circuit identification per industry standards and is constructed using crimp technology to provide a gas-tight, secured connection. The ferrule has an overall length (L1) of 12 mm, a barrel length (L2) of 8 mm, an inner diameter (d1) of 0.75 mm, and an outer diameter (d2) of 2.00 mm. It is supplied in packages of 500 units and is compatible with standard side-entry and front-entry hand tools (539660-1 and 6:1579014-5 respectively). These ferrules facilitate clean and reliable wire insertion into terminal clamps of terminal blocks and control devices, making them ideal for industrial and commercial applications where contact precision and conductor protection are critical.
