DESCRIPTION

The 0007-008-100 is a DTS Series III MIL-DTL-38999 aluminium connector plug designed for aerospace and military applications. This connector is part of a comprehensive family supporting multiple size configurations (09 through 25) with standardized dimensional specifications and contact arrangements. The plug features a maximum diameter of 20.90 mm (sizes 09-19) or 20.10 mm (sizes 21-25), with a tail length (B dimension) ranging from 23.80 mm to 46.00 mm depending on size selection. The connector accommodates various contact types including standard contacts, power contacts, and thermocouple contacts (Chromel and Alumel), with wire gauges from 8 AWG to 28 AWG and cross-sections from 0.10 mm² to 8.98 mm². These connectors are widely used in aerospace, military, and high-reliability applications requiring hermetic sealing, shielded contacts, and compliance with SAE-AS 39029 standards.
