DESCRIPTION

The CTJ120E03D-513[V001] is a Size 20 feedback bussing module within the DEUTSCH CTJ1 Series Common Termination System, designed to provide robust and highly reliable wire termination in demanding aerospace, defense, and marine environments. This module features 12 contacts with a 3-bus configuration (bus code 03D) and meets AS81714 Series II qualification standards. The contacts are gold over copper with an elastomer sealing grommet that is fluid resistant and environmentally sealed, ensuring performance in harsh conditions. The module supports wire sizes 24-20 AWG with a current rating of 7.5 A per contact, meeting AS39029 paragraph 3.4.2 specifications. The modification code 513 indicates elastomer material changes to meet AS81714 fluid immersion requirements per MS55 standards. This termination system is ideal for applications requiring secure, sealed electrical connections in aerospace wiring harnesses, defense systems, and marine equipment where environmental protection and reliability are critical.
