DESCRIPTION

M39029/107-622 is a 1500-cycle male contact (size 16) for the Deutsch ACT composite connector system qualified to MIL-DTL-38999 Series III. This contact features a blue-red-red color code designation and is designed for high-reliability aerospace and defense applications requiring extended contact life. The contact supports wire sizes from 0.60 to 1.34 mm² (AWG 16–20) and is compatible with cable outer diameters of 1.65 to 2.77 mm. It operates with standard gold plating for corrosion resistance and is used in conjunction with appropriate crimping tools and sealing plugs to ensure secure, repeatable connections in demanding military and aerospace environments.
