DESCRIPTION

YD369-P66-AS000000 is a shielded 6-way connector plug from the 369 Series, engineered for high-reliability applications in aerospace, defense, and marine environments. The connector features a composite thermoplastic body with copper alloy gold-plated contacts and fluorosilicone rubber seals, meeting RoHS requirements. It operates at 5 A continuous current with a dielectric withstanding voltage of 1500 Vrms when mated, insulation resistance of =5000 MO, and supports operating voltages up to 400 Vac or 500 Vdc. The connector is rated for operating temperatures from -55°C to +175°C, provides IP67 sealing protection, and meets stringent aerospace standards including FAR 25.853 flammability requirements and EN2591 specifications for fluid resistance, vibration, and shock. Its lightweight design, simple push-pull mating without fasteners, and compatibility with the existing 369 connector series make it ideal for EWIS-compliant wiring harnesses and applications requiring easy installation and maintenance in demanding environments.
