DESCRIPTION

The D-436-37-COLD is a cold-applied, immersion-resistant in-line splice designed for 1-to-1 connections of wires within the 18-16 AWG range. It features a transparent, radiation cross-linked modified polyvinylidene fluoride insulation sleeve, a tin-plated copper alloy crimp barrel, and thermoplastic end caps color-coded blue for easy identification. A clear silicone-based gel inside provides environmental sealing against immersion. These RoHS-compliant splices are designed for wires with insulation rated for 105°C and have an operating temperature range of -65°C to +150°C, ensuring reliable performance in demanding applications.
