DESCRIPTION

The TMS-SCE-3/8-2.0-S2-9 is a military-grade, heat-shrinkable sleeve designed for permanent wire and cable identification. Made from white, flame-retardant, radiation-crosslinked polyolefin, it features a 3:1 shrink ratio, shrinking from a supplied diameter of 0.375 inches (9.53 mm) to a recovered diameter of 0.125 inches (3.18 mm). This sleeve operates in a temperature range of -55°C to +135°C and is supplied in a 2.0-inch nominal length with two prescores for creating multiple markers. The marks are permanent and legible even after exposure to abrasion and aggressive solvents, meeting military and industry standards for mark permanence, making it ideal for high-performance applications in aerospace and industrial manufacturing.
