DESCRIPTION

The CMD15-21VGD/TR8 is a surface-mount technology (SMT) LED that emits brilliant yellow-green light through a diffused lens. It features a typical luminous intensity of 24 mcd and a peak wavelength of 573 nm when tested at a forward current of 20 mA. The device has a typical forward voltage of 2.0 V, a maximum power dissipation of 60 mW, and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. Housed in a compact 1206 package, this RoHS and REACH compliant LED is ideal for applications such as status indicators, backlit keypads, and various portable and smart devices.
