DESCRIPTION

6715-BK005 is a single-conductor hookup wire designed for general-purpose electrical interconnections in equipment and control systems. The wire features an 18 AWG tinned copper conductor with a nominal 0.0095" wall of modified polyphenylene ether insulation, providing a total diameter of 0.067 ± 0.002 inches. It is rated for 600V RMS at temperatures up to 105°C and meets UL AWM/STYLE 11028 VW-1 and CSA C(RU) AWM I A/B FT1 standards, with halogen-free construction and RoHS compliance. The wire exhibits a conductor DC resistance of 7.1 O/1000 ft at 20°C and an inductance of 0.04 µH/ft, with a maximum pull tension of 12.6 lbs and a minimum bend radius of 10 times the cable diameter.
