DESCRIPTION

The MM5450YV-TR is a Pb-free LED display driver designed to drive alphanumeric displays with minimal external components. It features a serial data input that loads a 35-bit shift register to control 34 direct-drive outputs, each with a 15mA current sink capability. The device offers continuous brightness control through a single external resistor and includes a data enable pin. Operating on a wide supply voltage from +4.75V to +11V and across a junction temperature range of –40°C to +85°C, this driver ensures reliable performance. It is ideal for applications such as industrial control indicators, digital clocks, thermometers, voltmeters, and various instrumentation readouts.
