DESCRIPTION

The 3500S-2-501L is a precision wirewound potentiometer designed for high-accuracy resistance adjustment applications. It features a 10-turn mechanical angle of 3600° ±10° with an effective electrical angle of 3600° ±10°, -0°, and operates with a standard resistance range of 50 to 200 kO with ±3% total resistance tolerance and ±0.20% independent linearity. The potentiometer incorporates a bushing mount with a 3/8"-32 2A thread, sealable construction rated IP 65, and gold-plated solder lugs for reliable connections. Mechanical specifications include a maximum starting and running torque of 0.42 N-cm (0.6 oz.-in.), stop strength of 67.8 N-cm (96 oz.-in.) minimum, and backlash of 1.0° maximum. The device operates over a temperature range of +1°C to +125°C with a temperature coefficient of ±50 ppm/°C maximum, making it suitable for precision instrumentation, control systems, and industrial applications requiring stable, accurate resistance values.
