DESCRIPTION

The TDS1039-8C is a Category 3 modular splitter designed to split a single 8P8C (RJ45) connection into two separate connections with straight-through wiring. It is constructed with a durable, ivory-colored ABS UL94V-0 housing and features phosphor bronze contacts with 30 μinches of gold plating over nickel for reliable connectivity. The splitter is rated for a maximum current of 2.0 amps, has an insulation resistance of 10 MΩ, and can withstand 100Vrms. Designed for a lifespan of 1000 insertion/extraction cycles, it is suitable for various telecom and data applications requiring a single line to be duplicated within an operating temperature range of 0°C to +60°C.
