DESCRIPTION

The SC628DR is a medium-level piezoelectric buzzer designed for continuous tone signaling in panel-mounted applications. It operates across a wide voltage range of 6 to 28 VDC and generates a continuous tone at 1900 Hz ±300 Hz with sound output ranging from 60 dB(A) minimum at 6 VDC to 75 dB(A) minimum at 28 VDC, both measured at 2 feet. Current consumption is minimal, drawing 5 mA maximum at 6 VDC and 18 mA maximum at 28 VDC. The device features a durable 6/6 nylon black housing and is rated for operating temperatures from -30 °C to +65 °C with storage capability from -40 °C to +85 °C. This buzzer is ideal for alarm systems, notification devices, and control panel indicators where reliable audible feedback is required across varying supply voltages.
