DESCRIPTION

1761028-2 is a 40-position right angle receptacle connector from the AMPLIMITE .050 Series, designed for high-density D-type interface applications. It features rails, latchblocks, and boardlocks for secure PCB mounting, with a solder tail length of 0.100 inches (2.54 mm). The connector utilizes gold-plated phosphor bronze contacts with duplex plating (minimum 0.000030 inches gold on mating end, tin on solder end, nickel underplated), housed in a 94V-0 rated black thermoplastic housing with a bright nickel-plated steel shell. The compact 0.050 x 0.100 inch (1.27 x 2.54 mm) grid spacing provides high-density connectivity, making it suitable for data and device applications requiring reliable, space-efficient interconnections.
