DESCRIPTION

1-794066-1 is a 12-circuit dual-row vertical pin header connector designed for AMP Soft Shell Pin and Socket Connector systems. The connector features an A dimension of 1.039 inches (26.39 mm) and is available with either tin or duplex plating finishes. Tin finish is plated with a minimum of 0.000150 inches (0.000381 mm) tin over 0.000050 inches (0.00127 mm) nickel underplate on the entire contact, while duplex finish provides 0.000030 inches (0.000762 mm) minimum gold in the mating area with matte tin on the solder tail end over the same nickel underplate. This connector mates with Mini-Universal MATE-N-LOK plug housings (part number 770581-1) and Mini-Universal MATE-N-LOK 2 housings (part number 794198-1) using socket contacts. The product is RoHS compliant and suitable for applications requiring reliable multi-circuit interconnections in compact form factors.
