DESCRIPTION

2-2112966-2 is a strip form tab contact from the TE Connectivity HDSCS connector series, designed for industrial and commercial transportation applications. This 6.3/4.8K size contact accommodates wire sizes of 6.0 mm² and 10 AWG with insulation diameters ranging from 4.0 to 4.3 mm. The contact features a 2-x-2 material and finish code configuration. It is designed for use with pneumatic applicator part number 2151841-2 for automated assembly. The HDSCS connector series is engineered to protect sensitive electrical systems from vibration, moisture, dust, dirt, salt, and airborne particles in harsh environments such as tractors, construction equipment, trucks, and boats.
