DESCRIPTION

280380-2 is a MOD II shrouded header connector designed for right angle, single row PCB interconnection within the AMPMODU 2.54mm centreline interconnection system. This 8-position header features a black thermoplastic housing rated UL 94V-0 and brass posts with Plating B specification, providing gold 0.4 µm on the contact area and 2.5 µm tin on the solder area, with the entire post underplated with 1.3 µm nickel. The connector has overall dimensions of 22.9mm (A) and 17.78mm (B), with a pitch of 2.54mm between positions. It is designed to mate with MOD II Receptacle Housings and MOD II PCB Receptacles, making it suitable for reliable board-to-board and wire-to-board connections in electronic assemblies.
