DESCRIPTION

4-794632-2 is a dual-row header connector designed for the Micro MATE-N-LOK 3mm connector system, supporting 2-24 position configurations with vertical orientation and surface mount technology (SMT). The connector features a 3mm (0.118 inch) centerline spacing and is compatible with wire sizes 22-18 AWG (0.3-0.9 mm²) with insulation diameters up to 2.79 mm, delivering a maximum current rating of 5 Amps per line at 250 Volts AC/DC. The header includes SMT hold-down provisions, metal hold-down options, and retention features on the solder tail for robust board-level integration. This connector is ideal for wire-to-board applications requiring compact, reliable interconnections in consumer electronics, industrial equipment, and automotive systems where space efficiency and high-density connections are essential.
