DESCRIPTION

640500-3 is a 6-circuit vertical PC board pin header designed for wire-to-board interconnect applications. This header features tin plating and is configured for 0.120 inch (3.05 mm) board thickness with matrix-style circuit arrangement. The connector has dimension A of 0.620 inch (15.75 mm) and dimension B of 0.180 inch (4.57 mm), and mates with socket housing part number 1-640520-0. Part of the AMP Soft Shell Miniature Rectangular (MR) connector series, this header is RoHS compliant and suitable for applications requiring reliable pin and socket connections in electronic assemblies.
