DESCRIPTION

776275-1 is a vertical PCB header connector designed for the AMPSEAL series, featuring 8 positions with 1.3 mm size contacts and integrated wire seals. The connector is constructed with glass-filled PBT cover material, silicone rubber wire seals, and tin-plated brass contacts, providing robust environmental protection for industrial and commercial transportation applications. Dimensional specifications include an overall height of 1.26 inches (32.1 mm), width of 1.61 inches (40.8 mm), and length of 1.49 inches (37.9 mm) in the 90° configuration. The connector accommodates wire sizes from 16 to 20 AWG (1.5–0.5 mm²) with insulation diameters ranging from 0.067 to 0.106 inches (1.7–2.7 mm), and is available with pre-tin plated or selective gold-plated contact finishes. This vertical header configuration is ideal for space-constrained PCB layouts in harsh industrial environments where sealed, reliable connections are essential.
