DESCRIPTION

The NB14674001 is a semirigid, flame-retardant polyolefin cap used to insulate and terminate wires. It features a 2.5:1 shrink ratio, shrinking from a minimum expanded inside diameter of 1.6 mm to a maximum recovered diameter of 0.8 mm after heating. This cap operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 135°C and provides rugged protection against abrasion, vibration, and flexing. Common applications include insulating dead-end electrical cables, fixtures, and connectors, as well as protecting wire ends during storage.
