DESCRIPTION

1-647000-0 is an MTA-100 IDC (Insulation Displacement Connector) designed for mass termination to printed circuit board headers. This closed-end connector features a 0.100 inch (2.54 mm) centerline spacing with copper alloy contacts that are tin or gold plated over nickel. The connector is rated for 250 VAC, 4 amp maximum current, with a dielectric withstanding voltage of 750 VAC for 1 minute and insulation resistance of 5000 MO minimum. Operating temperature range spans from -55°C to +105°C, and the connector is RoHS compliant. Common applications include printed circuit board interconnections where reliable mass termination is required.
