DESCRIPTION

The 170338-1 is a PCB pin terminal designed for through-hole solder and crimp attachment to printed circuit boards. It accommodates 22-18 AWG wire (0.3-0.9 mm²) with a maximum wire insulation diameter of 2.79 mm and features a straight terminal orientation at 180° angle. The terminal is mounted via stud mount with a recommended PCB thickness of 1.6 mm and a PCB hole diameter of 1.83 mm, providing a profile height of 6.62 mm from the PCB surface. The contact is pre-tin plated with copper underplating and tin plating material, operating reliably across a temperature range of -30°C to +105°C. This terminal is ideal for applications requiring robust electrical connections in consumer electronics, industrial equipment, and automotive systems where reliable crimp and solder termination is essential.
