DESCRIPTION

The 3-5102321-0 is a universal ejection pin header connector designed for ribbon cable and flat-flex wire applications. It features 50 positions arranged in a 2.54 x 2.54 mm (0.100 x 0.100 inch) centerline matrix with vertical PCB mounting orientation. The connector incorporates AMP-LATCH technology with long-type latches, dual polarizing bars for military-grade mating polarization, and a 4-sided shrouded housing in blue thermoplastic (UL 94V-0 rated). Contact mating surfaces are gold-plated (30 µm) over nickel with gold flash over palladium-nickel, while solder posts are tin-plated over nickel with a length of 3.94 mm (0.155 inch). This connector is RoHS and ELV compliant and supports wave solder processes up to 265°C, making it suitable for industrial control systems, data acquisition equipment, and applications requiring reliable high-density interconnections.
