DESCRIPTION

3-794618-2 is a dual-row vertical pin header assembly designed for AMP Soft Shell Pin and Socket Connectors in the Micro MATE-M-101K 3 mm Cannon System. The header features a nylon black housing with UL 94V-0 flammability rating and is available in multiple circuit configurations ranging from 2 to 24 positions. The product is offered in three plating options (Plating A, B, and C) with phosphor bronze hold-downs featuring gold plating over nickel underplate. The header assembly includes retention features on end contacts and is designed to mate with dual-row receptacle housings. This connector system is ideal for microwave oven applications and other high-density interconnect requirements where reliable, compact connections are essential.
