DESCRIPTION

The 5650916-5 is a Eurocard Type C connector plug designed for direct printed circuit board termination. It features 48 contact positions distributed across three loaded rows (A, B, C) with a half-size form factor and right-angle PCB mount configuration. The connector utilizes solder post termination with a post length of 2.65 mm (0.104 in) and tin plating, combined with copper alloy contacts featuring DIN 41612 Class 2 mating area plating. The housing is constructed from UL 94V-0 rated polymer material with integrated Boardlock PCB retention and mounting ears for secure mechanical attachment. This connector is RoHS and ELV compliant, wave solder capable to 265°C, and suitable for applications requiring reliable high-density interconnection in industrial and telecommunications equipment.
