DESCRIPTION

5787170-5 is a 50-position AMPLIMITE .050 Series right-angle receptacle connector designed for high-density D-type interface applications. This connector features boardlocks for secure PCB mounting and through-hole solder tails with a length of 0.100 inches (2.54 mm). The connector utilizes gold-plated tab and tuning fork contacts on a compact 0.050 x 0.100 inch (1.27 x 2.54 mm) grid spacing. The housing is made of thermoplastic with 94V-0 flammability rating, and contacts are phosphor bronze with duplex plating featuring minimum 0.000030 inch (0.00076 mm) gold on the mating end. This connector is ideal for data and device applications requiring reliable, high-density interconnections.
