DESCRIPTION
The NB25862001 is a semirigid, encapsulant-lined polyolefin tubing from the SCL series, designed to provide moisture resistance and mechanical protection for electronic components. It features a 3:1 shrink ratio, and its inner encapsulant wall melts and flows during heating to fill surface irregularities and create a splash-resistant seal. The tubing offers rugged protection against abrasion, vibration, and flexing, while also providing excellent strain relief and insulation. It operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 110°C and meets UL and military specifications. Common applications include encapsulating components, splices, and terminations where environmental sealing is required.
