DESCRIPTION
121444-000 is a military-grade heat shrink identification tubing system designed for the identification of wires and cables. It is manufactured from durable, flame-retarded, radiation cross-linked heat shrinkable polyolefin material and supplied in continuous format for ease of printing and kitting. The product features a thin wall, lightweight design with a 3:1 shrink ratio, allowing coverage of cable diameters from 0.8 mm to 44.9 mm (0.032 to 1.750 inches), and operates reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to 135°C. It meets stringent military and aerospace specifications including SAE-AMS-23053/5 Class 1 material performance, EN45545-2 railway fire protection standards, and UL certification for insulating components. This identification system is suitable for aerospace, military, industrial, and energy applications where reliable cable marking and traceability are essential.
