DESCRIPTION

The 1703997-1 is a 15-way, A-key tab housing from the LEAVYSEAL connector series, designed for robust wire-to-wire and wire-to-device applications. This black, rectangular thermoplastic housing features a lever for easy mating and an integrated secondary lock to ensure proper contact alignment and retention. It is designed to accept 2.8mm contacts, which can handle currents up to 40 amps. The LEAVYSEAL series offers an operating temperature range of -40°C to +140°C and provides environmental sealing with an IP67 rating. These features make it an ideal choice for demanding applications in the industrial and commercial transportation sectors where reliable performance is critical.
