DESCRIPTION
The 8337-8003 is a 3M D Sub socket connector from the 8300 Series designed for reliable signal and power transmission in compact electronic assemblies. It features a glass-filled polyester (PBT) insulation body with copper alloy contacts plated with 100 µ" nickel underplating and 30 µ" gold wiping area, supporting a current rating of 1 A per contact. The connector offers multiple mounting options (front or rear, with choices including Ø .120" holes, 4-40 UNC threads, or rivet crimp), available in open or closed end cover configurations, and operates reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to +105°C.
