DESCRIPTION
8309-8000 is a 9-position D-Sub socket connector from the 3M 8300 Series, designed for reliable wire-to-board interconnections. It features a preassembled open cover without adhesive and utilizes a 0.120" [3.05 mm] mounting style. The connector accommodates 26 and 28 AWG solid or stranded wire, with a current rating of 1A and insulation resistance greater than 1 × 10?O at 500 VDC. The housing is constructed from glass-filled polyester (PBT) with UL 94V-0 flammability rating, while contacts feature copper alloy with gold over nickel plating.
