DESCRIPTION
ARRTN5-868.000MHZ is a passive RFID reader antenna designed for wireless identification and tracking in logistics, inventory management, and industrial automation systems. The antenna operates at a center frequency of 868±3 MHz with a bandwidth of 12.0 MHz (at V.S.W.R < 1.5) and delivers a gain of 3.5 dBi based on a 120×120 mm ground plane. It features right-hand circular polarization (RHCP), 50 O impedance, and a typical V.S.W.R of 1.5, ensuring efficient RF coupling and signal transmission. The compact design measures 65.0 × 65.0 × 9.2 mm with a dielectric ceramic antenna element (62.5 × 62.5 × 6 mm) mounted on an FR4 PCB, and includes an RG178 RF cable with MMCX-JW3 connector for easy integration. Operating across a wide temperature range of -40°C to +80°C, this antenna is ideal for retail, pharmaceutical, automotive, and industrial automation applications requiring reliable contactless identification and smart card systems.
