DESCRIPTION
ASEMB-12.000MHZ-XY-T is a programmable MEMS clock oscillator designed for industrial, consumer, and portable electronics applications. The device operates at 12 MHz with a supply voltage of 3.3V ±0.3V and delivers CMOS output with typical supply current of 7 mA at 25°C (no load, 15pF load). It features exceptional frequency stability of ±10ppm over the operating temperature range of -40°C to +105°C, ensuring reliable timing across demanding environments. The oscillator is housed in a compact 3.2 × 2.5 mm QFN plastic package with a 4-pin configuration (Standby, GND, Output, Vdd), offering low power consumption and excellent phase noise characteristics. Output rise and fall times are typically 1.0 ns and 0.9 ns respectively (at 15pF load, 20%/80% Vdd), with cycle-to-cycle jitter of 50 ps at 100 MHz.
