DESCRIPTION
ASEMB-3.6864MHZ-LC-T is a programmable MEMS clock oscillator from Abracon designed for precision timing applications requiring low power consumption and excellent frequency stability. The device operates at 3.6864 MHz with a frequency stability of ±10 ppm over the temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, and features a compact 3.2 x 2.5 mm QFN plastic package with CMOS output. It supports supply voltages from 1.8V to 3.3V with typical supply current of 6 mA at 25°C (standard 15 pF load), and provides output symmetry of 45–55% with rise and fall times of approximately 1.0–1.1 ns and 0.9 ns respectively at 25°C. The oscillator includes a tri-state standby function, startup time of 1.5–3.0 ms, and is RoHS II compliant with MSL Level 1 rating. Common applications include portable electronics, consumer devices, computer peripherals, and industrial equipment operating in vibrant, shock-prone, and humid environments.
