DESCRIPTION
ASG-D-V-A-500.000MHZ-T is a high-performance programmable voltage-controlled crystal oscillator (VCXO) from Abracon's ASG-D series, designed for precision frequency control applications. This VCXO operates at 500.000 MHz with a 3.3V supply voltage and features LVDS differential output with typical rise time of 125 ps and fall time of 150 ps. The device offers excellent frequency stability with ±50 ppm initial set tolerance, ±5 ppm stability over operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, and ±50 ppm frequency pull capability. Key specifications include typical input current less than 25 mA, start-up time of =2.0 ms, and duty cycle of 45% to 55%. The compact 7.0 x 5.0 x 1.9mm SMD package with RoHS compliance makes it suitable for networking, SONET/SDH, WiMax/WLAN, computing, phase locked loops, and direct digital synthesis applications.
