DESCRIPTION
The DB25-PL-25 is a 25-position D-subminiature connector plug designed for reliable electrical interconnections in industrial and commercial applications. It features a PBT glass-reinforced insulator rated UL 94V-0, copper alloy contacts, and a nickel-plated brass shell with gold flash plating over nickel underplate for superior corrosion resistance. The connector is rated for 250 VAC maximum operating voltage with a 1 Amp maximum current rating and maintains a contact resistance of 20 milliohms maximum. Operating across a temperature range of -40°C to +105°C with an insulation resistance of 1,000 Megohms minimum and dielectric withstanding voltage of 1,000 VAC for 1 minute, this connector provides robust performance in demanding environments. The removable jackscrew design and #4-40 inserts enable secure mounting and reliable connections for data acquisition systems, instrumentation, and industrial control applications.
