DESCRIPTION
AF2-4.00V125TM is a surface mount fuse rated for 4.0 A at 125 VDC, part of the AEM AirMatrix AF Series in 2410 size package. The fuse features fast-acting protection at 200% overload current level with excellent inrush current withstanding capability, utilizing a fiberglass-reinforced epoxy fuse body and copper or copper alloy composite fuse link. It has a nominal cold DC resistance of 0.0172 O and a nominal I²t of 4.1 A²s, with an interrupting rating of 100 A @ 250 VAC and 50 A @ 125 VAC. The device operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C (with de-rating), is RoHS compliant, halogen-free, and 100% lead-free with copper termination featuring nickel and tin plating. It is widely used in power supplies (DC/DC converters, DC/AC inverters, backlight drivers), consumer electronics (LCD TVs, DVDs), communication systems (telecom, networking, routers), and IT products (monitors, notebooks, servers).
