DESCRIPTION
The 1855-BR001 is a single-conductor hookup wire designed for general-purpose electrical interconnections and wiring applications. It features a 22 AWG tinned copper conductor (7/30 stranding) with a nominal 0.010" wall PVC insulation, providing an overall diameter of 0.050" ± 0.002". The wire is rated for 600V RMS operation and maintains performance across a temperature range of -55°C to 105°C, with a maximum bend radius of 10 times the cable diameter and pull tension rating of 5.5 lbs. It complies with military specifications MIL-W-76B TYPE LW (90°C/300V RMS) and MIL-W-16878E/1 (105°C/600V RMS), and meets RoHS 2 and RoHS 3 directives.
