DESCRIPTION
391000-BK001 is a 10 AWG silicone rubber insulated hookup wire designed for high-temperature and high-voltage applications. It features a tinned copper conductor with 105/30 stranding and a 0.047" nominal wall silicone rubber insulation, providing an overall diameter of 0.212 ± 0.004 inches. The wire is rated for a temperature range of -40 to 150°C and a voltage rating of 600 VRMS, with UL AWM Style 3212 and CSA AWM I A/B certifications. Electrical properties include a nominal inductance of 0.05 µH/ft and conductor DC resistance of 1.08 O/1000ft at 20°C. This RoHS-compliant wire is suitable for equipment wiring and internal connections where flexibility, heat resistance, and reliable electrical performance are required.
