DESCRIPTION
The 6714-RD005 is a single-conductor 20 AWG hookup wire manufactured by Alpha Wire with a tinned copper conductor and modified polyphenylene ether insulation. It is rated for 600 V RMS at 105°C continuous operation and complies with UL AWM/STYLE 11028 VW-1 and CSA C(RU) AWM I A/B FT1 standards. The wire features a conductor diameter of 0.036 inches and an insulation outer diameter of 0.055 ± 0.002 inches with a nominal wall thickness of 0.0095 inches, and is halogen-free with IEC 60332-2 flame behavior compliance. It operates across a temperature range of -40°C to +105°C with a maximum bend radius of 10 times the cable diameter and a maximum pull tension of 7.9 lbs.
