DESCRIPTION
The 6714-WH005 is a single-conductor 20 AWG hookup wire manufactured by Alpha Wire, designed for general-purpose electrical interconnections in equipment and control systems. The wire features a tinned copper conductor (10/30 stranding) with a 0.0095 inch nominal wall of modified polyphenylene ether insulation, providing a total outer diameter of 0.055 ± 0.002 inches. It is rated for 600 V RMS at 105°C continuous operation and meets UL AWM/STYLE 11028 VW-1 and CSA C(RU) AWM I A/B FT1 standards, with halogen-free construction compliant with RoHS and REACH regulations. The wire operates reliably across a temperature range of -40°C to +105°C, supports a maximum pull tension of 7.9 lbs, and maintains a bend radius of 10× cable diameter.
