DESCRIPTION
The 6716-GY005 is a single-conductor 16 AWG hookup wire manufactured by Alpha Wire, designed for general-purpose electrical applications requiring reliable insulation and flame resistance. The wire features a tinned copper conductor with a 0.011-inch wall of modified polyphenylene ether insulation, providing an outer diameter of 0.081 ± 0.002 inches, and is rated for continuous operation at 105°C with a voltage rating of 600V RMS. It meets UL AWM/STYLE 11028 and VW-1 flame ratings, as well as CSA International C(RU) AWM I A/B FT1 standards, and is halogen-free and RoHS 2 compliant.
