DESCRIPTION
The 9058X-BK002 is an RG-58/U type coaxial cable designed for signal transmission. It is constructed with a 20 AWG solid bare copper conductor, polyethylene insulation, and a tinned copper braid shield that provides a minimum of 95% coverage for excellent noise protection. The cable has a characteristic impedance of 51.5 Ω, a nominal ground capacitance of 28.5 pF/ft, and a velocity of propagation of 66%. Encased in a black Type I PVC jacket, it has an overall nominal diameter of 0.195 inches and an operating temperature range of -20°C to 60°C. This cable is compliant with UL CMX, AWM Style 1354, and military specification JAN-C-17A, making it suitable for various communication and instrumentation applications.
