DESCRIPTION
FIT2211/16-YELLOW-25X4 is a yellow heat shrinkable tubing made from cross-linked polyolefin material, designed for wire and cable insulation and protection. It features a 2:1 shrink ratio with a temperature range of -55 to 135°C, a minimum shrink temperature of 90°C, and full recovery at 121°C. The tubing offers excellent mechanical properties including a minimum tensile strength of 1500 psi and elongation of 200%, along with electrical properties such as dielectric strength of 500 V/mil minimum. It is UL Standard 224 and CSA Standard 198 rated at 600V, and complies with AMS-DTL-23053/5 Class 1 specifications. This tubing is ideal for applications requiring durable insulation, strain relief, and environmental protection in electrical and electronic assemblies.
